Construction Permit Processing

Upon obtaining a Construction permit, a demolition plan may exist if there is an existing building that needs to be demolished.

A grading permit may be issued by the enforcing agency prior to final plan check which means the contractor / owner may decide to begin grading while last details are ironed out between Vexer Engineering and the enforcing agency.
